Middle Years Program ACSA Child and Family Center’s Middle Years programs are geared towards children 6 to 12 years of age, and provide a safe and child-friendly environment. Our middle years programs use comprehensive approaches and planning to ensure we offer quality programs that are engaging, culturally relevant, and inclusive.

ACSA Child and Family programs available for 6-12 years of age

After School Program - Free after school programs, available in TDSB and TCDSB schools in over 12 of Scarborough’s neighbourhoods. The main focus of the program is healthy eating and active living, leadership skills, team building, conflict resolution skills, culture and arts and craft. Our after-school program provides a nutritious snack everyday and ongoing workshops and resources.

Restorative Practices - This program’s goal is to develop strong emotional and social skills with our young children. Children and youth who are facing barriers develop great skills to communicate their challenges and receive one on one and group support during facilitation. Program currently available during our after-school programs.
