This workshop will focus on the importance of discipline and teaching a child how to behave appropriately.
This workshop will focus on the importance of oral hygiene, healthy eating and nutrition on dental health. It will also pprovide information on the importance of healthy teeth and their relationship/effect on healthy eating, good nutrition, and on growth and development.
This program is a registered free six-week healthy cooking program run by Diabetes Canada. Families will learn to cook simple delicious meals, learn to read nutrition labels, and tour the local grocery store.

This workshop will focus on and provide parents an d caregivers an increased knowledge and understanding of resiliency and why it is important, tips on how to promote resiliency, as well as an opportunity to share and discuss with other parents & caregivers. Please register at the DP Hub location.
There are many reasons why children experience stress. This program will help you learn effective ways to support your children in dealing with stress. The program is facilitated by a Toronto Public Health Nurse. It is a free program, please register at the Child and Family Centre.

During the March break week, our programs will accommodate children 0-6 years of age with fun and unique experiences. Each day will entitle a unique theme for the program where we will provide children with an experience we hope to be fun, engaging, and special! Please join us this week with your children who are also free at home taking a break from school!
